Carnegie Hall

Aya's worst fear comes true, and she becomes a monster. Her mitochondria go out of control in a crowded Carnegie Hall, and begin issuing commands to everyone else's mitochondria - they either spontaneously combust, or turn into really ugly things called Neo-Mitochondrial Creatures. here and here are some examples.

The main thing here is that Aya's left alone, again, a monster amongst monsters.

American Museum of Natural History
The museum is usually a happy place, but not tonight! Much like in the Ben Stiller movies, EVERYTHING in the museum is coming alive and has a taste for blood. Yes, there are dinosaurs. Yes, Aya is punching T-Rexes in the face. YES THERE IS A GIANT PREGNANT CREEPY MITOCHONDRIAL ABOMINATION AGAINST NATURE ON THE TOP FLOOR ABOUT TO GIVE BIRTH TO THE ULTIMATE BEING. It is not a pretty sight.

Chrysler Building
Maze after maze after maze of floors, grinding. Only to find that at the top, the spirit of her sister, Maya, is there, and the True-bred being is there, too. Only, this time, Aya's mitochondrial powers are diminished being from the second game, and just may not make it.

Dryfield
Creepy town with barely any residents, and even in daylight you don't want to be wandering about. Only, Aya has no choice - she's searching for something, but if you ask her what it is she will insist it's important without actually recalling what it is she needs. Creepy screams can be heard behind locked doors, and no amount of punching will get the doors open.

Neo Ark
The giant, vast underground research facility and Jurassic Park wannabe. The only main difference that instead of Eve's room, there's a line of test tubes each filled with a copy of Aya, clearly labeled for various "uses".

Saint Thomas Church
Aya's in a wedding dress. She has no idea why, and there's no groom. Yeah, might be a bit odd.

The Shower
Aya takes a shower. Yes, that's it. Hey, after all these freaky dreams, she should be able to enjoy herself!
